PLUS, Amazing Summer Programs for Kids!
When we were children, our days were filled with plenty of playtime outdoors. We climbed trees, rode our bikes, collected sticks, hiked in the woods behind our homes, & were rarely interrupted by our parents. Times have changed, but our need to connect with nature has remained the same. That's why we're so thrilled to bring you all the news & events happening with Woodland Discovery.

This Spring, the little ones can join in the remaining six preschool classes on Thursday mornings at a discounted rate of just $100. This drop-off program meets from 9:30-12:30 at Elements for Life across from the Bradford Store. Whether your preschooler is in another part-week program or not, give your child the gift of exploring the outdoors and experiencing the changing seasons first-hand. Every day is designed to include the seven essential elements of childhood growth: Create, Move, Sing, Discuss, Observe, Read, and Play! A typical day includes a gathering activity, stories, process art, a hike in the woods, snack, and games that reinforce pre-reading, pre-math, and sensory experiences as well as the “Growing up Wild” science curriculum.
