It is often hard to find gifts for teachers especially when you realize your child has several teachers or you are on a tight budget. Here are a few tips. First off you do not have to feel guilt that you could not get them this great gift card. Second do not get them a coffee mug, they have too many.
Tips for affordable gifts:
- The Dollar Store and Amazon are great places to find items.
- I like to get gifts teachers will use.
- We get $20 worth of Redbox gift card codes. We type up a fun note about a movie and popcorn and include the written Redbox Code. I also attach a pack of popcorn. Total Cost $1.75 but seems very nice and useful.
- Dollar Tree container with items such as Facial Tissue, Wipes, Dry Erase Markers, Pencils, Bandaids, etc.
- You were Mint to Be My Teacher: Mint Chap Stick, Peppermints, and a sweet note from your child
- Dry Erase markers wrapped in a bow (you can get these in bulk on Amazon)
- If they are a coffee drinker you can put together cute bowl or container and add sugar packets to it.
