Hey there Macaroni Kid families!!
Now that the kids are back in school it's time to think about fall and all the fun that comes along with what I believe is the MOST beautiful season of all. I mean, don't get me wrong, I love summer and all the time spent at the pool and going on vacations... but fall is like a breath of fresh air! I'm ready to pull out some blue jeans, a cute pair of boots, and a super comfy over-sized sweater....aren't you?!
Every fall I vow to myself "No More Frumpy Mama! I vow not to wear yoga pants all day, every day! I vow to dress cute and fix my hair, and be a 'cool mom'! I vow to take pride in my clothing choices!" But let's face it... life gets in the way and we all know those yoga pants are going to make several appearances at preschool. But, a mom can dream and at least have a few days where I look like I know how to dress like an adult...right?!
That's why it KILLS me to spend hundreds of dollars on new fall clothes...knowing that no matter what I will always fall into my old habits of messy buns and sweat pants. And there's no shame in that. But, that's also why I LOVE fall... it means consignment season is upon us and there are MASSIVE deals to be had!
Whether you're saving money on the kids clothes or clothes for yourself... consignment sales are the way to go! I save so much money every season buying practically brand new stuff through our local consignment sales. If you haven't jumped on the consignment sale band-wagon you need to...you'll be shocked at all the deals you'll find!

- Wednesday Sept 11th is the presale for $12 entry
- Thursday is the Early Bird Charity presale for $7 entry
- Friday and Saturday are Open Shopping Days and Free
- Sunday starts the 50% off sale at 9am
- Select items goes 75% Sunday at 7pm and 9-Noon on Monday
Teri Kidz Consignment Sale is happening at the end of the month at Merinos too.

- Sale starts Sunday Sept 29 at 1pm....every year there's a line around the building to get in1
- Thursday Oct 3 starts the 50% most items sale
- Sale ends Friday at 8pm

- I found a ton of barely worn maternity clothes here when I was pregnant with little miss.
