The Fantastic Fire Department has opened a Metro-Charlotte location of their highly successful fire truck birthday party adventure program. With well over 13,000 parties completed in Phoenix and Miami, the Metro-Charlotte office recently opened this summer and has been surprising boys and girls by bringing the fire truck to their parties and creating an experience they will never forget!
Each fire truck birthday adventure allows kids the opportunity to get up close to the truck and to explore it in a way that local fire departments are not permitting children to do. The fully functional, recently retired fire truck arrives with lights and sirens going to announce the arrival of the fun! This is followed by the children having a chance to get in/on the truck to sound the sirens and horns and flash the lights. The adventure continues with a series of fun activities that teach the children about the truck, firefighting, and fire safety. The young, eager fire-fighters-to-be even have the chance to try on real fire gear!

A fire truck adventure wouldn’t be complete without the big hoses coming out! We will ask the birthday boy or girl to be first in assisting our crew in spraying the water – over 150 gallons per minute! This amazing adventure concludes with the guest(s) of honor receiving a special gift from the Fantastic Fire Department as well as a group photo where they are honored front-and-center.

What ages are the fire truck adventures appropriate for?
While most of our birthdays are for children 3 to 8 years old, we cater to all ages. At parties where older children are present, they are equally thrilled by the presence of the truck and cannot resist enjoying the activities as well.
Are fire truck adventure parties better for boys?
Absolutely not. We find that our girl firefighters enjoy themselves just as much as the boys and love the chance to try on the gear, use the hoses, and to put out our pretend fires.
How long does the party last?
Our fire truck adventures are typically 1-hour. In special cases we can make the party shorter/longer depending on your needs.
Where do you do the fire truck adventure parties?
The Fantastic Fire Department is a mobile party that comes to your location – home, church, school or community center.
Are fire truck adventure parties only available in the summer?
The Fantastic Fire Department provides parties year round to the Metro Charlotte community. Parties in the winter months use less water (but we still use our hoses), and provide fun-filled activities for the kids!
How far in advance do you take reservations?
We schedule several months in advance, so if you know the general date you want you should call and reserve it. We can always adjust the day/time of the party as we get closer to your date.
What does the mom/dad need to do for party setup?
The Fantastic Fire Department strives to make the fire truck adventure something fun for all – to that end, we are a completely self-contained adventure. Mom and Dad need only to point us to the water hose connection and power outlet. We do everything else – you get to sit back and enjoy watching the kids enjoy their adventure! (*We provide the activity you will need to provide the food/cake etc.)
