LAST CHANCE TO AUDITION FOR ACT’S
FALL PRODUCTIONS
Activate Community Through Theatre (ACT) invites youth to audition for Peter Pan and Wendy an audience participation play, A Charlie Brown Christmas and ‘A Taste of Shakespeare’s abridged versions of Julius Caesar and As You Like It this Thursday, 25 August from 6 – 8pm. Youth are asked to bring a picture and resume or a snapshot and summary of their experience. Youth are asked to prepare a 60 second or less comic monologue.
Females interested in the Shakespeare productions will be given a monologue to read.
A participation fee of $135 for each production includes production costs. Youth may audition for any or all of the productions. Performance dates are: ‘A Taste of Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar and As You Like It’ October 14,15,16 and Peter Pan and Wendy: November 5, 12, A Charlie Brown Christmas December 9,10,11,16,17,18.
AUDITIONS and CLASSES are held at the Warehouse of Performing Arts Center, 9216 Westmoreland Road, Cornelius, North Carolina.
